Shipping Policy
We are proud to offer worldwide shipping on all orders and FREE Shipping on all orders.
Most orders arrive within 7-15 working days once shipped.
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-5 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 7 business days for dispatch.
Priority Insured Shipping - covers customer in case the product is lost, damaged or stolen during shipment. Please notify Onecompress via email and we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
Standard International Shipping: 7-25 business days.
*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays. In some rare cases this can cause shipping to take up to 40 days. Please note we are not responsible for added custom fees or import fees imposed by customers country.*
Processing Times:
Orders take 1-2 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Once the order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. Wrong adress:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us info@topcompress.com immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.
Lost or stolen package:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
